Viewing "PDF" Documents / Adobe Acrobat Reader
In order to view some information on this site, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. It's free. You can download and install it now.
If You Have Problems Viewing an Application File..
In order to view the application details, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. It's free. You can download and install it now . Some versions/configurations of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator may not display the PDF file when you click the link. If you get an error or a blank screen when clicking the Application Details link, please try one of the following workaround options:
  • Option 1: Request an Email.
    Click on the "Email" link for the desired Application, and the file will be sent to you immediately.

  • Option 2: Save the file to your hard disk and open manually from Adobe Acrobat Reader.

    To Save the file to disk:
      Windows MacIntosh
    Internet Explorer Click on the "View" link with your right mouse button, and choose "Save Target As". Hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard, and click the "View" link. Select "Download to Disk".
    Netscape Navigator Click on the "View" link with your right mouse button, and choose "Save Link As".
    -OR-
    Hold down the "Shift" key and click on the "View" link.
    Hold down the "Shift" key and click on the "View" link.


Converting Word Documents into PDF

Before you begin, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat (version 4.05 or above) loaded on your computer. Adobe Acrobat can be downloaded from: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/main.html
    Instructions for converting a downloaded Microsoft Word document to a PDF format:
  1. Open the Adobe Acrobat program.
  2. Select File - Open from the menu bar. The open dialog box will appear.
  3. Change the file type to "Microsoft Word (*.doc)".
  4. Select the file from the appropriate folder that you wish to convert and click on the "Open" button. The Adobe Acrobat program will begin the conversion process. When the process is complete the file will be presented for viewing.
  5. Check to make sure that the contents of the PDF file are correctly presented. If not, close the file in Adobe Acrobat, make the changes in MS Word and begin the process again.
  6. Select File - Save As from the menu.
  7. Make sure that the "Save As Type:" field shows "Acrobat (*.pdf)".
  8. Select the folder where you want the file saved and click on the "Save" button.
  9. Close Adobe Acrobat. The file must be closed in Adobe Acrobat in order to return the document to your application.
